All of these photos represent some sort of "play" whether it be simply an image of a child smiling or a dog perched in her favorite spot. Photography is a new hobby and passion of mine and much of my work reflects my need for peace and light-heartedness. Taking pictures is playing to me and I can't wait to play some more! This is a shot of a ship docked at the South Street Seaport. I loved the way the sunlight was reflecting off the water and all the shadows of the rigging. Very cool.
